Christmas 2014
Finally after more than 30 years of cooking I got the Le Creuset pot I've always wanted. And not just one but two!
So far I've made three things in them. Turkey carcass soup in the big oval, a braised chicken dish in the round and a chicken pasta dish also in the round. Right now I've got 6 pounds of chuck roast braising in the big oval pot. Never before have I been able to make two chuck roasts at the same time.
